Why can I not find some of the most popular tours?
We have selected the best tours after personally experiencing them. We found that the most popular are not always the best and the most expensive are not always the ones with the best quality. Our published tours are the best according to our criteria (see criteria section).
Can I book tours not included in your published tour selection?
Yes. In our website we only list the Top Tours (the one we believe you should not miss) but we have more than 300 tours and we will happily and honestly advise you on how you can book one of these tours if you specifically want to experience it.
How did we select the tours we offer?
The main criterion is customers' feedback - we always want to know the positives and the negatives of the tours experienced directly by our customers. We also take into account the quality, the service, the guides, the tour operator's respect for nature, safety, cost, punctuality, food, activities, equipment, insurance, and last but not least the authenticity of the experience.
What do we mean by authenticity of the experience?
It is the term used to make sure that the environments are not misrepresented or modified (such as fake Mayan villages or man-made underground rivers). This results in customers always receiving the expected experience.
Why do private tours have a price of 50 USD?
$50 USD is the minimum deposit to reserve a private tour. Private tours are fully customised and after talking with the group leader we set up the tour that fully suits your needs.
You would like us to arrange a pre-wedding party in a catamaran and, therefore, we will create a link on our website in the tours menu that all members of your party can see. Within the link your guests will be able to directly pay for the tour so that you are not responsible for the collection of monies.
